54 Hebrews 8:6-13
6But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.
7For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.
8For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
9Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.
10For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
12For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
13In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.(KJV)
54 Hebrews 8:6-13
6But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.
7For if that number 1 covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for number 2.
Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.(KJV/NC)
54 Hebrews 8:6-13
6But now hath he obtained a ministry the more excellent, by so much as he is also the mediator of a better covenant, which hath been enacted upon better promises.
7For if that first covenant had been faultless, then would no place have been sought for a second.
8For finding fault with them, he saith,
Behold, the days come, saith the Lord,
That I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah;
9Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers
In the day that I took them by the hand to lead them forth out of the land of Egypt;
For they continued not in my covenant,
And I regarded them not, saith the Lord.
10For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel
After those days, saith the Lord;
I will put my laws into their mind,
And on their heart also will I write them:
And I will be to them a God,
And they shall be to me a people:
11And they shall not teach every man his fellow-citizen,
And every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord:
For all shall know me,
From the least to the greatest of them.
12For I will be merciful to their iniquities,
And their sins will I remember no more.
13In that he saith, A new covenant he hath made the first old. But that which is becoming old and waxeth aged is nigh unto vanishing away.(ASV)
54 Hebrews 8:6-13
6¶ But now Jesus Christ has received a ministry which is greater than that; just as the covenant in which he was made a mediator is greater, so are the promises greater than those given in the old covenant.
7For if the first covenant had been faultless, then there would have been no need for the second.
8For he found fault with them and said, Behold, the day is coming, says the Lord, when I will perfect a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah;
9Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand and led them out of the land of Egypt; and because they abode not in my covenant, I rejected them, says the Lord.
10For this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my law into their minds and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God and they shall be my people.
11And no man shall teach his neighbor, neither his brother, saying, Know the Lord; for all shall know me, from the youngest to the oldest.
12And I will forgive their wickedness and I will no longer remember their sins;
13For he has spoken of a new covenant; the first one has become old, and that which is old and obsolete is near destruction.

54 Hebrews 8:6-13
6But as it is, Christ has obtained a ministry which is as much more excellent than the old as the covenant he mediates is better, since it is enacted on better promises.
7For if that first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no occasion for a second.
8For he finds fault with them when he says: "The days will come, says the Lord, when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah;
9not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; for they did not continue in my covenant, and so I paid no heed to them, says the Lord.
10This is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my laws into their minds, and write them on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
11And they shall not teach every one his fellow or every one his brother, saying, `Know the Lord,' for all shall know me, from the least of them to the greatest.
12For I will be merciful toward their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more."
13In speaking of a new covenant he treats the first as obsolete. And what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.(RSV)
54 Hebrews 8:6-13
6But the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, and it is founded on better promises.
7For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another.
8But God found fault with the people and said: "The time is coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.
9It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they did not remain faithful to my covenant, and I turned away from them, declares the Lord.
10This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.
11No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, `Know the Lord,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest.
12For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more."
13By calling this covenant "new," he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.(NIV)
54 Hebrews 8:6-13
6But now he has obtained a more excellent ministry, by so much as he is also the mediator of a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises.
7For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second.
8For finding fault with them, he said,

For they didn't continue in my covenant,
And I disregarded them,' says the Lord.
10'For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel.
After those days,' says the Lord;
'I will put my laws into their mind,
I will also write them on their heart.
I will be to them a God,
And they will be to me a people.
11They will not teach every man his fellow citizen,
Every man his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord,'
For all will know me,
From the least of them to the greatest of them.
12For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness.
I will remember their sins and lawless deeds no more.'
13In that he says, 'A new covenant,' he has made the first old. But that which is becoming old and grows aged is near to vanishing away.(WEB)
54 Hebrews 8:6-13
6But now he has obtained a more excellent ministry, by so much as he is also the mediator of a better covenant, which on better promises has been given as Torah.
7For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second.
8For finding fault with them, he said,
'Behold, the days come,' says the Lord,
'that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah;

54 Hebrews 8:6-13
6But now Jesus Messiah has received a ministry which is greater than that; just as the contract in which he was made a mediator is greater, so are the promises greater than those given in the old contract.
7For if the first contract had been faultless, then there would have been no need for the 2nd.
8For he found fault with them and said, Look, the day is coming, says the Lord, when I will perfect a new contract with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah;
9Not according to the contract that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand and led them out of the land of Egypt; and because they did not stay in my contract, I rejected them, says the Lord.
10For this will be the contract that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my law into their minds and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God and they will be my people.
11And no man will teach his neighbor, nor his brother, saying, Know the Lord; for all will know me, from the youngest to the oldest.
