54 Hebrews 3:1-6 1Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; 2Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house. 3For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house. 4For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God. 5And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after; 6But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end. (KJV)

(KJV/NC)

54 Hebrews 3:1-6 1Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, even Jesus; 2who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also was Moses in all his house. 3For he hath been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, by so much as he that built the house hath more honor than the house. 4For every house is builded by some one; but he that built all things is God. 5And Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterward to be spoken; 6but Christ as a son, over his house; whose house are we, if we hold fast our boldness and the glorying of our hope firm unto the end. (ASV)

54 Hebrews 3:1-6 1FROM henceforth, O my holy brethren, called by a call from heaven, look to this Apostle and High Priest of our faith, Jesus Christ, 2Who was faithful to him who appointed him, as also Moses was faithful to all his house. 3The glory of Jesus is much greater than that of Moses, just as the honor of the builder of the house is greater than the house itself. 4For every house is built by some man; but he who builds all things is God. 5And Moses as a servant was faithful to all his house, and was a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after; 6But Christ as a son over his own house, whose house we are, if to the end we hold fast with confidence to the glory of his hope. (LAM)

54 Hebrews 3:1-6 1Therefore, holy brethren, who share in a heavenly call, consider Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession. 2He was faithful to him who appointed him, just as Moses also was faithful in God's house. 3Yet Jesus has been counted worthy of as much more glory than Moses as the builder of a house has more honor than the house. 4(For every house is built by some one, but the builder of all things is God.) 5Now Moses was faithful in all God's house as a servant, to testify to the things that were to be spoken later, 6but Christ was faithful over God's house as a son. And we are his house if we hold fast our confidence and pride in our hope.(RSV)

54 Hebrews 3:1-6 1Therefore, holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess. 2He was faithful to the one who appointed him, just as Moses was faithful in all God's house. 3Jesus has been found worthy of greater honor than Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself. 4For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything. 5Moses was faithful as a servant in all God's house, testifying to what would be said in the future. 6But Christ is faithful as a son over God's house. And we are his house, if we hold on to our courage and the hope of which we boast.(NIV)

54 Hebrews 3:1-6 1Therefore, holy brothers, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Jesus; 2who was faithful to him who appointed him, as also was Moses in all his house. 3For he has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who built the house has more honor than the house. 4For every house is built by someone; but he who built all things is God. 5Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterward to be spoken, 6but Christ is faithful as a Son over his house; whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the glorying of our hope firm to the end. 54 Hebrews 3:1-6 1Therefore, holy brothers, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider the Emissary and High Priest of our confession, Yeshua; 2who was faithful to him who appointed him, as also was Moses in all his house. 3For he has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who built the house has more honor than the house. 4For every house is built by someone; but he who built all things is God. 5Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterward to be spoken, 6but Messiah is faithful as a Son over his house; whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the glorying of our hope firm to the end. 54 Hebrews 3:1-6 1Therefore, my holy brothers, called by a call from heaven, look to this Apostle and High Priest of our faith, Jesus Messiah, 2Who was faithful to him who appointed him, as Moses was also faithful to all his house. 3The glory of Jesus is much greater than that of Moses, just as the honor of the builder of the house is greater than the house itself. 4For every house is built by some man; but he who builds all things is God. 5And Moses as a servant was faithful to all his house, and was a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after; 6But Messiah as a son over his own house, whose house we are, if to the end we hold fast with confidence to the glory of his hope.
