41 Matthew 21:41-46 ⁴¹ܐܡܪܝܢ ܠܗ ܕܒܝܫ ܒܝܫ ܢܘܒܕ ܐܢܘܢ ܘܟܪܡܐ ܢܘܚܕ ܠܐܚܪܢܐ ܦܠܚܐ ܐܝܠܝܢ ܕܝܗܒܝܢ ܠܗ ܦܐܪܐ ܒܙܒܢܗܘܢ ܀ ⁴²ܐܡܪ ܠܗܘܢ ܝܫܘܥ ܠܐ ܡܡܬܘܡ ܩܪܝܬܘܢ ܒܟܬܒܐ ܕܟܐܦܐ ܕܐܤܠܝܘ ܒܢܝܐ ܗܝ ܗܘܬ ܠܪܫܐ ܕܙܘܝܬܐ ܡܢ ܠܘܬ ܡܪܝܐ ܗܘܬ ܗܕܐ ܘܐܝܬܝܗ ܬܕܡܘܪܬܐ ܒܥܝܢܝܢ ܀ ⁴³ܡܛܠ ܗܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܐܢܐ ܠܟܘܢ ܕܬܫܬܩܠ ܡܢܟܘܢ ܡܠܟܘܬܐ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܘܬܬܝܗܒ ܠܥܡܐ ܕܥܒܕ ܦܐܪܐ ܀ ⁴⁴ܘܡܢ ܕܢܦܠ ܥܠ ܟܐܦܐ ܗܕܐ ܢܬܪܥܥ ܘܟܠ ܡܢ ܕܗܝ ܬܦܠ ܥܠܘܗܝ ܬܕܪܝܘܗܝ ܀ ⁴⁵ܘܟܕ ܫܡܥܘ ܪܒܝ ܟܗܢܐ ܘܦܪܝܫܐ ܡܬܠܘܗܝ ܝܕܥܘ ܕܥܠܝܗܘܢ ܐܡܪ ܀ ⁴⁶ܘܒܥܘ ܠܡܐܚܕܗ ܘܕܚܠܘ ܡܢ ܟܢܫܐ ܡܛܠ ܕܐܝܟ ܕܠܢܒܝܐ ܐܚܝܕܝܢ ܗܘܘ ܠܗ ܀ (SYP)

41 Matthew 21:41-46 ⁴¹They say unto him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard unto other husbandmen, which shall render him the fruits in their seasons. ⁴²Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lords doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? ⁴³Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. ⁴⁴And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder. ⁴⁵And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them. ⁴⁶But when they sought to lay hands on him, they feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet.(KJV)

41 Matthew 21:41-46 ⁴¹They said to him, He will destroy them severely, and lease his vineyard to other laborers, who will give him fruits in their seasons. ⁴²Jesus said to them, Have you never read in the scripture, The stone which the builders rejected, the same became the cornerstone; this was from the Lord, and it is a marvel in our eyes? ⁴³Therefore I say to you, that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you, and will be given to a people who bear fruits. ⁴⁴And whoever falls on this stone will be broken, and on whomever it falls it will scatter him.

⁴⁵¶ When the high priests and Pharisees heard his parables, they understood that he was speaking against them. ⁴⁶So they wanted to arrest him, but they were afraid of the people, because they regarded him as a prophet. (LAM)

41 Matthew 21:41-46 ⁴¹They said to him, "He will put those wretches to a miserable death, and let out the vineyard to other tenants who will give him the fruits in their seasons."

⁴²Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the scriptures: `The very stone which the builders rejected has become the head of the corner; this was the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes'? ⁴³Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a nation producing the fruits of it."

⁴⁴When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard his parables, they perceived that he was speaking about them. ⁴⁵But when they tried to arrest him, they feared the multitudes, because they held him to be a prophet.

41 Matthew 21:41-46 ⁴¹"He will bring those wretches to a wretched end," they replied, "and he will rent the vineyard to other tenants, who will give him his share of the crop at harvest time."

⁴²Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the Scriptures: "`The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes'?

⁴³"Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit. ⁴⁴He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed."

⁴⁵When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard Jesus' parables, they knew he was talking about them. ⁴⁶They looked for a way to arrest him, but they were afraid of the crowd because the people held that he was a prophet.(NIV)
