40 John 20:11-18 ¹¹ܡܪܝܡ ܕܝܢ ܩܝܡܐ ܗܘܬ ܠܘܬ ܩܒܪܐ ܘܒܟܝܐ ܘܟܕ ܒܟܝܐ ܐܕܝܩܬ ܒܩܒܪܐ ܀ ¹²ܘܚܙܬ ܬܪܝܢ ܡܠܐܟܐ ܒܚܘܪܐ ܕܝܬܒܝܢ ܚܕ ܡܢ ܐܤܕܘܗܝ ܘܚܕ ܡܢ ܪܓܠܘܗܝ ܐܝܟܐ ܕܤܝܡ ܗܘܐ ܦܓܪܗ ܕܝܫܘܥ ܀ ¹³ܘܐܡܪܝܢ ܠܗ ܐܢܬܬܐ ܡܢܐ ܒܟܝܐ ܐܢܬܝ ܐܡܪܐ ܠܗܘܢ ܕܫܩܠܘܗܝ ܠܡܪܝ ܘܠܐ ܝܕܥܐ ܐܢܐ ܐܝܟܐ ܤܡܘܗܝ ܀ ¹⁴ܗܕܐ ܐܡܪܬ ܘܐܬܦܢܝܬ ܠܒܤܬܪܗ ܘܚܙܬ ܠܝܫܘܥ ܕܩܐܡ ܘܠܐ ܝܕܥܐ ܗܘܬ ܕܝܫܘܥ ܗܘ ܀ ¹⁵ܐܡܪ ܠܗ ܝܫܘܥ ܐܢܬܬܐ ܡܢܐ ܒܟܝܐ ܐܢܬܝ ܘܠܡܢ ܒܥܝܐ ܐܢܬܝ ܗܝ ܕܝܢ ܤܒܪܬ ܕܓܢܢܐ ܗܘ ܘܐܡܪܐ ܠܗ ܡܪܝ ܐܢ ܐܢܬ ܫܩܠܬܝܗܝ ܐܡܪ ܠܝ ܐܝܟܐ ܤܡܬܝܗܝ ܐܙܠ ܐܫܩܠܝܘܗܝ ܀ ¹⁶ܐܡܪ ܠܗ ܝܫܘܥ ܡܪܝܡ ܘܐܬܦܢܝܬ ܘܐܡܪܐ ܠܗ ܥܒܪܐܝܬ ܪܒܘܠܝ ܕܡܬܐܡܪ ܡܠܦܢܐ ܀ ¹⁷ܐܡܪ ܠܗ ܝܫܘܥ ܠܐ ܬܬܩܪܒܝܢ ܠܝ ܠܐ ܓܝܪ ܥܕܟܝܠ ܤܠܩܬ ܠܘܬ ܐܒܝ ܙܠܝ ܕܝܢ ܠܘܬ ܐܚܝ ܘܐܡܪܝ ܠܗܘܢ ܤܠܩ ܐܢܐ ܠܘܬ ܐܒܝ ܘܐܒܘܟܘܢ ܘܐܠܗܝ ܘܐܠܗܟܘܢ ܀ ¹⁸ܗܝܕܝܢ ܐܬܬ ܡܪܝܡ ܡܓܕܠܝܬܐ ܘܤܒܪܬ ܠܬܠܡܝܕܐ ܕܚܙܬ ܠܡܪܢ ܘܕܗܠܝܢ ܐܡܪ ܠܗ ܀ (SYP)

40 John 20:11-18 ¹¹But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre, ¹²And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. ¹³And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him. ¹⁴And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. ¹⁵Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. ¹⁶Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. ¹⁷Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. ¹⁸Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.(KJV)

She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him. ¹⁴When she had thus said, she turned herself back, and beholdeth Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. ¹⁵Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou hast borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. ¹⁶Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turneth herself, and saith unto him in Hebrew, Rabboni; which is to say, Teacher. ¹⁷Jesus saith to her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended unto the Father: but go unto my brethren, and say to them, I ascend unto my Father and your Father, and my God and your God. ¹⁸Mary Magdalene cometh and telleth the disciples, I have seen the Lord; and that he had said these things unto her. 40 John 20:11-18 ¹¹¶ But Mary was standing near the tomb weeping; and as she wept, she looked into the tomb; ¹²And she saw two angels in white sitting one at the head and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. ¹³And they said to her, Woman, why do you weep? She said to them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid him. ¹⁴She said this and turned around and saw Jesus standing, but she did not know that it was Jesus. ¹⁵Jesus said to her, Woman, why do you weep? and whom do you want? She thought he was the gardener, so she said to him, My lord, if you are the one who has taken him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will go and take him away. ¹⁶Jesus said to her, Mary. She turned around and said to him in Hebrew, Rabbuli! which means, My Teacher! ¹⁷Jesus said to her, Do not come near me; for I have not yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brethren and say to them, I am ascending to my Father and your Father, and my God and your God. ¹⁸Then Mary of Magdala came and brought glad tidings to the disciples, that she had seen our Lord and that he had told her these things. 40 John 20:11-18 ¹¹But Mary stood weeping outside the tomb, and as she wept she stooped to look into the tomb; ¹²and she saw two angels in white, sitting where the body of Jesus had lain, one at the head and one at the feet. ¹³They said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping?" She said to them, "Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid him." ¹⁴Saying this, she turned round and saw Jesus standing, but she did not know that it was Jesus. ¹⁵Jesus said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping? Whom do you seek?" Supposing him to be the gardener, she said to him, "Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away." ¹⁶Jesus said to her, "Mary." She turned and said to him in Hebrew, "Rab-bo'ni!" (which means Teacher). ¹⁷Jesus said to her, "Do not hold me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brethren and say to them, I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God." ¹⁸Mary Mag'dalene went and said to the disciples, "I have seen the Lord"; and she told them that he had said these things to her.(RSV)

40 John 20:11-18 ¹¹but Mary stood outside the tomb crying. As she wept, she bent over to look into the tomb ¹²and saw two angels in white, seated where Jesus' body had been, one at the head and the other at the foot.

¹³They asked her, "Woman, why are you crying?" "They have taken my Lord away," she said, "and I don't know where they have put him." ¹⁴At this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not realize that it was Jesus.

¹⁵"Woman," he said, "why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?" Thinking he was the gardener, she said, "Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him."

¹⁶Jesus said to her, "Mary." She turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, "Rabboni!" (which means Teacher).

¹⁷Jesus said, "Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, `I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'"

¹⁸Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news: "I have seen the Lord!" And she told them that he had said these things to her.(NIV)

¹⁶Jesus said to her, 'Mary.'

She turned and said to him, 'Rhabbouni!' which is to say, 'Teacher!'

¹⁷Jesus said to her, 'Don't touch me, for I haven't yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brothers, and tell them, 'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.''

¹⁸Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had said these things to her. (WEB)

She said to them, 'Because they have taken away my Lord, and I don't know where they have laid him.' ¹⁴When she had said this, she turned around and saw Yeshua standing, and didn't know that it was Yeshua.

¹⁵Yeshua said to her, 'Woman, why are you weeping? Who are you looking for?'

She, supposing him to be the gardener, said to him, 'Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away.'

¹⁶Yeshua said to her, 'Miriam.'

She turned and said to him, 'Rhabbouni!' which is to say, 'Rabbi!'

¹⁷Yeshua said to her, 'Don't touch me, for I haven't yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brothers, and tell them, 'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.''
