40 John 3:1-4 ¹ܐܝܬ ܗܘܐ ܕܝܢ ܬܡܢ ܚܕ ܓܒܪܐ ܡܢ ܦܪܝܫܐ ܢܝܩܕܡܘܤ ܫܡܗ ܗܘܐ ܐܪܟܘܢܐ ܕܝܗܘܕܝܐ ܀ ²ܗܢܐ ܐܬܐ ܠܘܬ ܝܫܘܥ ܒܠܠܝܐ ܘܐܡܪ ܠܗ ܪܒܝ ܝܕܥܝܢܢ ܕܡܢ ܐܠܗܐ ܐܫܬܕܪܬ ܡܠܦܢܐ ܠܐ ܓܝܪ ܐܢܫ ܡܫܟܚ ܗܠܝܢ ܐܬܘܬܐ ܠܡܥܒܕ ܕܐܢܬ ܥܒܕ ܐܢܬ ܐܠܐ ܡܢ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܥܡܗ ܀ ³ܥܢܐ ܝܫܘܥ ܘܐܡܪ ܠܗ ܐܡܝܢ ܐܡܝܢ ܐܡܪ ܐܢܐ ܠܟ ܕܐܢ ܐܢܫ ܠܐ ܡܬܝܠܕ ܡܢ ܕܪܝܫ ܠܐ ܡܫܟܚ ܕܢܚܙܐ ܡܠܟܘܬܗ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܀ ⁴ܐܡܪ ܠܗ ܢܝܩܕܡܘܤ ܐܝܟܢܐ ܡܫܟܚ ܕܢܬܝܠܕ ܓܒܪܐ ܤܒܐ ܕܠܡܐ ܡܫܟܚ ܬܘܒ ܠܟܪܤܐ ܕܐܡܗ ܕܬܪܬܝܢ ܙܒܢܝܢ ܠܡܥܠ ܘܢܬܝܠܕ ܀ (SYP)

40 John 3:1-4 ¹There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: ²The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. ³Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. ⁴Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mothers womb, and be born? (KJV)

40 John 3:1-4 ¹THERE was at that place a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a leader of the Jews; ²He came at night to Jesus and said to him, Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher sent from God; for no man can do these miracles that you are doing unless God is with him. ³Jesus answered, saying to him, Truly, truly, I say to you, If a man is not born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. ⁴Nicodemus said to him, How can an old man be born again? Can he enter again a second time into his mother's womb and be born? (LAM)

40 John 3:1-4 ¹Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicode'mus, a ruler of the Jews. ²This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that you do, unless God is with him." ³Jesus answered him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born anew, he cannot see the kingdom of God." ⁴Nicode'mus said to him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?" (RSV)

40 John 3:1-4 ¹Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council. ²He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him."

³In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again."

⁴"How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!"(NIV)

³Yeshua answered him, 'Most certainly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can't see the Kingdom of God.'
