3That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up. 4The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity. 5Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom. 6For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a mans enemies are the men of his own house. 7Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me. 8Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me. 9I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness. 10Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets. 11In the day that thy walls are to be built, in that day shall the decree be far removed. 12In that day also he shall come even to thee from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and from mountain to mountain. 13Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings. 14Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage, which dwell solitarily in the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old. 15According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous things. 16The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf. 17They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee. 18Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy. 19He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. 20Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.(KJV) 20 Micah 7:1-20

20 Micah 7:1-20
7¶ Therefore I will look to the LORD; I will wait for the God my Saviour; my God will hear me. 8Rejoice not over me, O my enemy, because I have fallen; I shall rise again; though I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light to me. 9I will bear the affliction of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he pleads my cause and avenges me; he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall see his righteousness. 10Then my enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her who said to me, Where is the LORD your God? My eyes shall behold her; now she shall be trodden down like the mire of the streets. 11It is a day to build your walls; it is a day to be lifted up. 12It is a day when the people shall come to you from Assyria and from the fortified cities and from Tyre and even to the river and from sea to sea, as far as mount Hor. 13Nevertheless the land shall be desolate to its inhabitants because of the fruit of their doings. 14¶ Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thy heritage, who shall dwell alone like sheep in the midst of Carmel; let them feed in Mathnin and Gilead, as in the days of old. 15As in the day when you came out of the land of Egypt will I again show them marvellous things. 16The nations shall see and be ashamed of all their might; they shall lay their hands upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf. 17They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth; they shall tremble and be afraid of the LORD our God. 18There is no God like thee, who pardons iniquity and removes the sins of the remnant of his inheritance; thou retainest not thy anger for ever, because thou delightest in mercy. 19He will turn again and have mercy on us; he will sweep away our iniquity and cast all our sins into the depths of the sea. 20Thou wilt grant truth to Jacob and mercy to Abraham, as thou hast sworn to our fathers from the days of old. (LAM) 20 Micah 7:1-20
8Rejoice not over me, O my enemy; when I fall, I shall rise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD will be a light to me. 9I will bear the indignation of the LORD because I have sinned against him, until he pleads my cause and executes judgment for me. He will bring me forth to the light; I shall behold his deliverance. 10Then my enemy will see, and shame will cover her who said to me, "Where is the LORD your God?" My eyes will gloat over her; now she will be trodden down like the mire of the streets. 11A day for the building of your walls! In that day the boundary shall be far extended. 12In that day they will come to you, from Assyria to Egypt, and from Egypt to the River, from sea to sea and from mountain to mountain. 13But the earth will be desolate because of its inhabitants, for the fruit of their doings. 14Shepherd thy people with thy staff, the flock of thy inheritance, who dwell alone in a forest in the midst of a garden land; let them feed in Bashan and Gilead as in the days of old. 15As in the days when you came out of the land of Egypt I will show them marvelous things. 16The nations shall see and be ashamed of all their might; they shall lay their hands on their mouths; their ears shall be deaf; 17they shall lick the dust like a serpent, like the crawling things of the earth; they shall come trembling out of their strongholds, they shall turn in dread to the LORD our God, and they shall fear because of thee. 18Who is a God like thee, pardoning iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of his inheritance? He does not retain his anger for ever because he delights in steadfast love. 19He will again have compassion upon us, he will tread our iniquities under foot. Thou wilt cast all our sins into the depths of the sea. 20Thou wilt show faithfulness to Jacob and steadfast love to Abraham, as thou hast sworn to our fathers from the days of old. (RSV) 20 Micah 7:1-20
20 Micah 7:1-20
2The godly man has perished out of the earth,
3Their hands are on that which is evil to do it diligently.
4The best of them is like a brier. The day of your watchmen,
5Don'tP trust in a neighbor.
6For the son dishonors the father,
7But as for me, I will look to Yahweh.
8Don't rejoice against me, my enemy.
9I will bear the indignation of Yahweh,
10Then my enemy will see it, Then my enemy will see me and will cover her shame.
11A day to build your walls'
12In that day they will come to you from Assyria and the cities of Egypt,
13Yet the land will be desolate because of those who dwell therein,
14Shepherd your people with your staff,
15'As in the days of your coming forth out of the land of Egypt,
16The nations will see and be ashamed of all their might.
17They will lick the dust like a serpent.
18Who is a God like you, who pardons iniquity, He doesn't retain his anger forever,
19He will again have compassion on us.
20You will give truth to Jacob, 20 Micah 7:1-20

7Therefore, I will look to Yahvah; I will wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me. 8Do not rejoice over me, oh my enemy, because I have fallen; I will rise again; though I sit in darkness, Yahvah will be a light to me. 9I will bear the affliction of Yahvah, because I have sinned against him, until he pleads my cause and avenges me; he will bring me forth to the light, and I will see his righteousness. 10Then my enemy will see it, and shame will cover her who said to me, Where is Yahvah your God?
