25 Zephaniah 3:1-20
1Woe to her that is filthy and polluted, to the oppressing city!
2She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the LORD; she drew not near to her God.
3Her princes within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they gnaw not the bones till the morrow.
4Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.
5The just LORD is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame.
6I have cut off the nations: their towers are desolate; I made their streets waste, that none passeth by: their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant.
7I said, Surely thou wilt fear me, thou wilt receive instruction; so their dwelling should not be cut off, howsoever I punished them: but they rose early, and corrupted all their doings.
8Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
9For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.
10From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.
11In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of thee them that rejoice in thy pride, and thou shalt no more be haughty because of my holy mountain.
12I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD.
13The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
14Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
15The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.
16In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.
17The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
18I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden.
19Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.
20At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD.(KJV)

25 Zephaniah 3:1-20
1OH, the famous city, the saved city; the city of Jonah!
2She obeyed not the voice; she received not discipline; she trusted not in the LORD; she drew not near to her God.
3Her princes within her are roaring like lions; her judges are like evening wolves; they wait not for the morning.
4Her prophets are wanton and treacherous persons; her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.
5But the just LORD is in her midst; he will not do iniquity; every morning he brings his justice to light, he is never late; but the wicked knows no shame.
6I have destroyed the nations and removed the misery; I have made their streets waste, so that no one walks in them; their cities are desolate, without a man and without the inhabitants.
7I said, Surely they will worship me, they will accept discipline from me; and she will not fail to see of all that I have decreed concerning her; but they hastened and corrupted all their doings.
8¶ Therefore wait for me, says the LORD, until the day when I rise up to give testimony; for my judgment is at hand, to gather the nations and to bring the kingdoms near, to pour out my indignation upon them, even all my fierce anger; for in the fire of my zeal shall all the earth be devoured.
9For then I will restore to the people a pure speech, that they may call upon the name of the LORD to serve him with one consent.
10From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia they shall bring me sacrifices.
11In that day you shall not be ashamed for all your doings wherein you have transgressed against me; for then I will remove from the midst of you the might of your pride, and you shall no more be haughty because of my holy mountain.
12I will also leave in the midst of you an afflicted and humble people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD.
13The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth; for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall harm them.
14¶ Sing, O daughter of Zion; sound a trumpet, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
15The LORD has taken away your judgments, he has cast out your enemies; the King of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of you; you shall not see evil any more.
16In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear not; and to Zion, Let not your hands be weak.
17The LORD your God in the midst of you is a mighty Saviour; he will make you to rejoice with gladness; he will renew you with his love, he will make you joyful with a praise as in the day of a feast.
18I will remove from you those who spoke reproach against you.
19Behold, at that time I will humble all that are in the midst of you; and I will save her that has been subjugated, and gather her that was cast far off; and I will make them for fame and for praise in every land where they had been put to shame.
20At that time I will bring you again, and at that very time I will gather you; for I will make you a name and a praise among all the people of the earth, when I bring back your captivity in the presence of your enemies, says the LORD.

25 Zephaniah 3:1-20
1Woe to her that is rebellious and defiled, the oppressing city!
2She listens to no voice, she accepts no correction. She does not trust in the LORD, she does not draw near to her God.
3Her officials within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves that leave nothing till the morning.
4Her prophets are wanton, faithless men; her priests profane what is sacred, they do violence to the law.
5The LORD within her is righteous, he does no wrong; every morning he shows forth his justice, each dawn he does not fail; but the unjust knows no shame.
6"I have cut off nations; their battlements are in ruins; I have laid waste their streets so that none walks in them; their cities have been made desolate, without a man, without an inhabitant.
7I said, `Surely she will fear me, she will accept correction; she will not lose sight of all that I have enjoined upon her.' But all the more they were eager to make all their deeds corrupt."
8"Therefore wait for me," says the LORD, "for the day when I arise as a witness. For my decision is to gather nations, to assemble kingdoms, to pour out upon them my indignation, all the heat of my anger; for in the fire of my jealous wrath all the earth shall be consumed.
9"Yea, at that time I will change the speech of the peoples to a pure speech, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him with one accord.
10From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, the daughter of my dispersed ones, shall bring my offering.
11"On that day you shall not be put to shame because of the deeds by which you have rebelled against me; for then I will remove from your midst your proudly exultant ones, and you shall no longer be haughty in my holy mountain.
12For I will leave in the midst of you a people humble and lowly. They shall seek refuge in the name of the LORD,
13those who are left in Israel; they shall do no wrong and utter no lies, nor shall there be found in their mouth a deceitful tongue. For they shall pasture and lie down, and none shall make them afraid."
14Sing aloud, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem!
15The LORD has taken away the judgments against you, he has cast out your enemies. The King of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst; you shall fear evil no more.
16On that day it shall be said to Jerusalem: "Do not fear, O Zion; let not your hands grow weak.
17The LORD, your God, is in your midst, a warrior who gives victory; he will rejoice over you with gladness, he will renew you in his love; he will exult over you with loud singing
18as on a day of festival. "I will remove disaster from you, so that you will not bear reproach for it.
19Behold, at that time I will deal with all your oppressors. And I will save the lame and gather the outcast, and I will change their shame into praise and renown in all the earth.
20At that time I will bring you home, at the time when I gather you together; yea, I will make you renowned and praised among all the peoples of the earth, when I restore your fortunes before your eyes," says the LORD.

25 Zephaniah 3:1-20
1Woe to the city of oppressors, rebellious and defiled!
2She obeys no one, she accepts no correction. She does not trust in the LORD, she does not draw near to her God.
3Her officials are roaring lions, her rulers are evening wolves, who leave nothing for the morning.
4Her prophets are arrogant; they are treacherous men. Her priests profane the sanctuary and do violence to the law.
5The LORD within her is righteous; he does no wrong. Morning by morning he dispenses his justice, and every new day he does not fail, yet the unrighteous know no shame.
6"I have cut off nations; their strongholds are demolished. I have left their streets deserted, with no one passing through. Their cities are destroyed; no one will be left -- no one at all.
7I said to the city, `Surely you will fear me and accept correction!' Then her dwelling would not be cut off, nor all my punishments come upon her. But they were still eager to act corruptly in all they did.
8Therefore wait for me," declares the LORD, "for the day I will stand up to testify. I have decided to assemble the nations, to gather the kingdoms and to pour out my wrath on them -- all my fierce anger. The whole world will be consumed by the fire of my jealous anger.
9"Then will I purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him shoulder to shoulder.
10From beyond the rivers of Cush my worshipers, my scattered people, will bring me offerings.
11On that day you will not be put to shame for all the wrongs you have done to me, because I will remove from this city those who rejoice in their pride. Never again will you be haughty on my holy hill.
12But I will leave within you the meek and humble, who trust in the name of the LORD.
13The remnant of Israel will do no wrong; they will speak no lies, nor will deceit be found in their mouths. They will eat and lie down and no one will make them afraid."
14Sing, O Daughter of Zion; shout aloud, O Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O Daughter of Jerusalem!
15The LORD has taken away your punishment, he has turned back your enemy. The LORD, the King of Israel, is with you; never again will you fear any harm.
16On that day they will say to Jerusalem, "Do not fear, O Zion; do not let your hands hang limp.
17The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing."
18"The sorrows for the appointed feasts I will remove from you; they are a burden and a reproach to you.
19At that time I will deal with all who oppressed you; I will rescue the lame and gather those who have been scattered. I will give them praise and honor in every land where they were put to shame.
20At that time I will gather you; at that time I will bring you home. I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth when I restore your fortunes before your very eyes," says the LORD.(NIV)

15The LORD has taken away your judgments. He has thrown out your enemy. The King of Israel, the LORD, is in the midst of you. You will not be afraid of evil any more.
16In that day, it will be said to Jerusalem, 'Don't be afraid, Zion. Don't let your hands be slack.'
17The LORD, your God, is in the midst of you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will rest in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.
18Those who are sad for the appointed feasts, I will remove from you. They are a burden and a reproach to you.
19Behold, at that time I will deal with all those who afflict you, and I will save those who are lame, and gather those who were driven away. I will give them praise and honor, whose shame has been in all the earth.
20At that time will I bring you in, and at that time will I gather you; for I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I bring back your captivity before your eyes, says the LORD.(WEB/HNV)
25 Zephaniah 3:1-20
1OH, the famous city, the saved city; the city of Jonah.
2She did not obey the voice; she did not receive discipline; she did not trust in Yahvah; she did not draw near to her God.
3Her princes inside her are roaring like lions; her judges are like evening wolves; they did not wait for the morning.
4Her prophets are wanton and treacherous persons; her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.
5But the just Yahvah is in her middle; he will not do iniquity; every morning he brings his justice to light, he is never late; but the wicked knows no shame.
6I have destroyed the nations and removed the misery; I have made their streets waste, so that no one walks in them; their cities are desolate, without a man and without the inhabitants.
7I said, Surely they will worship me, they will accept discipline from me; and she will not fail to see of all that I have decreed concerning her; but they hurried and corrupted all their actions.
8Therefore, wait for me, says Yahvah, until the day when I rise up to give testimony; for my judgment is at hand, to gather the nations and to bring the kingdoms near, to pour out my indignation on them, even all my fierce anger; for in the fire of my zeal will all the earth be devoured.
9For then I will restore to the people a pure speech, that they may call on the name of Yahvah to serve him with one consent.
10From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia they will bring me sacrifices.
11In that day you will not be ashamed of all your actions in which you have transgressed against me; for then I will remove from the middle of you the might of your pride, and you will not be haughty any longer because of my holy mountain.
12I will also leave in the middle of you an afflicted and humble people, and they will trust in the name of Yahvah.
13The remnant of Israel will not do iniquity, nor speak lies; nor will a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth; for they will feed and lie down, and no one will harm them.
14Sing, oh daughter of Zion; sound a trumpet, oh Israel; be glad and rejoice with all your heart, oh daughter of Jerusalem.
15Yahvah has taken away your judgments, he has cast out your enemies; the King of Israel, even Yahvah, is in the middle of you; you will not see evil any longer.
16In that day it will be said to Jerusalem, Do no fear; and to Zion, Do not let your hands be weak.
17Yahvah your God in the middle of you is a mighty Savior; he will make you to rejoice with gladness; he will renew you with his love, he will make you joyful with a praise as in the day of a feast.
18I will remove from you those who spoke disgrace against you.
19Look, at that time I will humble all that are in the middle of you; and I will save her that has been subjugated, and gather her that was cast far off; and I will make them for fame and for praise in every land where they had been put to shame.
20At that time I will bring you again, and at that very time I will gather you; for I will make you a name and a praise among all the people of the earth, when I bring back your captivity in the presence of your enemies, says Yahvah.
