12 Ezekiel 28:1-26
 1The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,
2Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:
3Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee:
4With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures:
5By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:
6Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
7Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.
8They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the seas.
9Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.
10Thou shalt die the deaths of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.
11Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
12Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
13Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
14Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
16By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
17Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
18Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
19All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.
20Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
21Son of man, set thy face against Zidon, and prophesy against it,
22And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Zidon; and I will be glorified in the midst of thee: and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall have executed judgments in her, and shall be sanctified in her.
23For I will send into her pestilence, and blood into her street; and the wounded shall be judged in the midst of her by the sword upon her on every side; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
24And there shall be no more a pricking brier unto the house of Israel, nor any grieving thorn of all that are round about them, that despised them; and they shall know that I am the Lord GOD.
25Thus saith the Lord GOD; When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the people among whom they are scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the heathen, then shall they dwell in their land that I have given to my servant Jacob.
26And they shall dwell safely therein, and shall build houses, and plant vineyards; yea, they shall dwell with confidence, when I have executed judgments upon all those that despise them round about them; and they shall know that I am the LORD their God.(KJV)

3Perhaps you are wiser than Daniel, or you have seen hidden things by your wisdom;
4With your understanding you have become powerful, and have gotten silver and gold into your treasures;
5By your great wisdom and by your trade you have increased your riches, and your heart is lifted up because of your riches;
6Therefore thus says the LORD God: Because you think of your heart as though it were the heart of God;
7Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon you, the mightiest of the nations, and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom, and they shall defile your glory.
8They shall bring you down to ruin, and you shall die the death of those who are slain in the midst of the seas.
9Perhaps you will still say before those who slay you, I am God. Yet you are but a man, and no God, in the hands of those who slay you.
10You shall die by the hand of uncircumcised strangers; for I have spoken it, says the LORD God.
11¶ Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
12Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre, and say to him, Thus says the LORD God: You were the seal of wisdom and the crown of beauty.
13You have been in Eden, the garden of God; you were decked with every precious stone, the sardius, the topaz, and the emerald, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire and pearls; and you have filled your treasuries with gold and your chests with precious stones; you had all of these things from the day you were created.
14You were with the anointed cherub that shelters; and I have set you on the holy mountain of God; and you were safe in the midst of the stones of fire.
15You were perfect in your ways, from the day that you were created till iniquity was found in you.
16By the multitude of your merchandise you have filled your land with iniquity and you have sinned; therefore I will cast you from the mountain of God; and I will destroy you, O sheltering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
17Since your heart was lifted up because of your beauty, now your wisdom and your beauty are corrupted; I will cast you to the ground before kings, that you may be a spectacle before them.
18By the multitude of your frauds, by the iniquity of your traffic, you have defiled your sanctuary; therefore I will bring forth a fire from the midst of you, and it shall devour you, and I will reduce you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all those who see you.
19All those who know you among the people shall be astonished at you; you shall be brought to destruction, and you never shall be any more.
20¶ The word of the LORD came to me, saying,
21Son of man, set your face against Zidon, and prophesy against it,
22And say, Thus says the LORD God: Behold, I am against you, O Zidon; and I will be glorified in the midst of you; and the people shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall have executed judgments in her and shall be sanctified in her.
23For I will send her pestilence and blood into her streets; and the wounded shall fall in the midst of her by the sword that is upon her on every side; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
24And there shall be no more a pricking brier to the house of Israel, nor a thorn to cause them pain from all that are round about them, and that curse them; and they shall know that I am the LORD God.
25Thus says the LORD God: When I have gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and shall be sanctified by them in the sight of the nations, then shall they dwell in the land which I have given to my servant Jacob.
26And they shall dwell in it safely, and shall build houses and plant vineyards; yea, they shall dwell with confidence after I have executed judgments on all those who hurt them round about them; and they shall know that I am the LORD their God.

12 Ezekiel 28:1-26
 1The word of the LORD came to me:
2"Son of man, say to the prince of Tyre, Thus says the Lord GOD: "Because your heart is proud, and you have said, `I am a god, I sit in the seat of the gods, in the heart of the seas,' yet you are but a man, and no god, though you consider yourself as wise as a god--
3you are indeed wiser than Daniel; no secret is hidden from you;
4by your wisdom and your understanding you have gotten wealth for yourself, and have gathered gold and silver into your treasuries;
5by your great wisdom in trade you have increased your wealth, and your heart has become proud in your wealth--
6therefore thus says the Lord GOD: "Because you consider yourself as wise as a god,
7therefore, behold, I will bring strangers upon you, the most terrible of the nations; and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom and defile your splendor.
8They shall thrust you down into the Pit, and you shall die the death of the slain in the heart of the seas.
9Will you still say, `I am a god,' in the presence of those who slay you, though you are but a man, and no god, in the hands of those who wound you?
10You shall die the death of the uncircumcised by the hand of foreigners; for I have spoken, says the Lord GOD."
11Moreover the word of the LORD came to me:
12"Son of man, raise a lamentation over the king of Tyre, and say to him, Thus says the Lord GOD: "You were the signet of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
13You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering, carnelian, topaz, and jasper, chrysolite, beryl, and onyx, sapphire, carbuncle, and emerald; and wrought in gold were your settings and your engravings. On the day that you were created they were prepared.
14With an anointed guardian cherub I placed you; you were on the holy mountain of God; in the midst of the stones of fire you walked.
15You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created, till iniquity was found in you.
16In the abundance of your trade you were filled with violence, and you sinned; so I cast you as a profane thing from the mountain of God, and the guardian cherub drove you out from the midst of the stones of fire.
17Your heart was proud because of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor. I cast you to the ground; I exposed you before kings, to feast their eyes on you.
18By the multitude of your iniquities, in the unrighteousness of your trade you profaned your sanctuaries; so I brought forth fire from the midst of you; it consumed you, and I turned you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all who saw you.
19All who know you among the peoples are appalled at you; you have come to a dreadful end and shall be no more for ever."
20The word of the LORD came to me:
21"Son of man, set your face toward Sidon, and prophesy against her
22and say, Thus says the Lord GOD: "Behold, I am against you, O Sidon, and I will manifest my glory in the midst of you. And they shall know that I am the LORD when I execute judgments in her, and manifest my holiness in her;
23for I will send pestilence into her, and blood into her streets; and the slain shall fall in the midst of her, by the sword that is against her on every side. Then they will know that I am the LORD.
24"And for the house of Israel there shall be no more a brier to prick or a thorn to hurt them among all their neighbors who have treated them with contempt. Then they will know that I am the Lord GOD.
25"Thus says the Lord GOD: When I gather the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and manifest my holiness in them in the sight of the nations, then they shall dwell in their own land which I gave to my servant Jacob.
26And they shall dwell securely in it, and they shall build houses and plant vineyards. They shall dwell securely, when I execute judgments upon all their neighbors who have treated them with contempt. Then they will know that I am the LORD their God."(RSV)
12 Ezekiel 28:1-26
 1The word of the LORD came to me:
2"Son of man, say to the ruler of Tyre, `This is what the Sovereign LORD says: "`In the pride of your heart you say, "I am a god; I sit on the throne of a god in the heart of the seas." But you are a man and not a god, though you think you are as wise as a god.
3Are you wiser than Daniel? Is no secret hidden from you?
4By your wisdom and understanding you have gained wealth for yourself and amassed gold and silver in your treasuries.
5By your great skill in trading you have increased your wealth, and because of your wealth your heart has grown proud.
6"`Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: "`Because you think you are wise, as wise as a god,
7I am going to bring foreigners against you, the most ruthless of nations; they will draw their swords against your beauty and wisdom and pierce your shining splendor.
8They will bring you down to the pit, and you will die a violent death in the heart of the seas.
9Will you then say, "I am a god," in the presence of those who kill you? You will be but a man, not a god, in the hands of those who slay you.
10You will die the death of the uncircumcised at the hands of foreigners. I have spoken, declares the Sovereign LORD.'"
11The word of the LORD came to me:
12"Son of man, take up a lament concerning the king of Tyre and say to him: `This is what the Sovereign LORD says: "`You were the model of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
13You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz and emerald, chrysolite, onyx and jasper, sapphire, turquoise and beryl. Your settings and mountings were made of gold; on the day you were created they were prepared.
14You were anointed as a guardian cherub, for so I ordained you. You were on the holy mount of God; you walked among the fiery stones.
15You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness was found in you.
16Through your widespread trade you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God, and I expelled you, O guardian cherub, from among the fiery stones.
17Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you to the earth; I made a spectacle of you before kings.
18By your many sins and dishonest trade you have desecrated your sanctuaries. So I made a fire come out from you, and it consumed you, and I reduced you to ashes on the ground in the sight of all who were watching.
19All the nations who knew you are appalled at you; you have come to a horrible end and will be no more.'"
20The word of the LORD came to me:
21"Son of man, set your face against Sidon; prophesy against her
22and say: `This is what the Sovereign LORD says: "`I am against you, O Sidon, and I will gain glory within you. They will know that I am the LORD, when I inflict punishment on her and show myself holy within her.
23I will send a plague upon her and make blood flow in her streets. The slain will fall within her, with the sword against her on every side. Then they will know that I am the LORD.
24"`No longer will the people of Israel have malicious neighbors who are painful briers and sharp thorns. Then they will know that I am the Sovereign LORD.
25"`This is what the Sovereign LORD says: When I gather the people of Israel from the nations where they have been scattered, I will show myself holy among them in the sight of the nations. Then they will live in their own land, which I gave to my servant Jacob.
26They will live there in safety and will build houses and plant vineyards; they will live in safety when I inflict punishment on all their neighbors who maligned them. Then they will know that I am the LORD their God.'"(NIV)
12 Ezekiel 28:1-26
 1The word of Yahweh came again to me, saying,
2Son of man, tell the prince of Tyre, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because your heart is lifted up, and you have said, I am a god, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet you are man, and not God, though you did set your heart as the heart of God;-
3behold, you are wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that is hidden from you;
4by your wisdom and by your understanding you have gotten you riches, and have gotten gold and silver into your treasures;
5by your great wisdom and by your traffic have you increased your riches, and your heart is lifted up because of your riches;-
6therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: Because you have set your heart as the heart of God,
7therefore, behold, I will bring strangers on you, the terrible of the nations; and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom, and they shall defile your brightness.
8They shall bring you down to the pit; and you shall die the death of those who are slain, in the heart of the seas.
9Will you yet say before him who kills you, I am God? but you are man, and not God, in the hand of him who wounds you.
10You shall die the death of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken it, says the Lord Yahweh.
11Moreover the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
12Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre, and tell him, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: You seal up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
13You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone adorned you: ruby, topaz, emerald, chrysolite, onx, jasper, sapphire, turquoise, and beryl. Gold work of tambourines and of pipes was in you. In the day that you were created they were prepared.
14You were the anointed cherub who covers: and I set you, so that you were on the holy mountain of God; you have walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15You were perfect in your ways from the day that you were created, until unrighteousness was found in you.
16By the abundance of your traffic they filled the midst of you with violence, and you have sinned: therefore I have cast you as profane out of the mountain of God; and I have destroyed you, covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
17Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; you have corrupted your wisdom by reason of your brightness: I have cast you to the ground; I have laid you before kings, that they may see you.
18By the multitude of your iniquities, in the unrighteousness of your traffic, you have profaned your sanctuaries; therefore have I brought forth a fire from the midst of you; it has devoured you, and I have turned you to ashes on the earth in the sight of all those who see you.
19All those who know you among the peoples shall be astonished at you: you are become a terror, and you shall nevermore have any being.
20The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
21Son of man, set your face toward Sidon, and prophesy against it,
22and say, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I am against you, Sidon; and I will be glorified in the midst of you; and they shall know that I am Yahweh, when I shall have executed judgments in her, and shall be sanctified in her.
23For I will send pestilence into her, and blood into her streets; and the wounded shall fall in the midst of her, with the sword on her on every side; and they shall know that I am Yahweh.
24There shall be no more a pricking brier to the house of Israel, nor a hurting thorn of any that are round about them, that did despite to them; and they shall know that I am the Lord Yahweh.
25Thus says the Lord Yahweh: When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the nations, then shall they dwell in their own land which I gave to my servant Jacob.
26They shall dwell securely therein; yes, they shall build houses, and plant vineyards, and shall dwell securely, when I have executed judgments on all those who do them despite round about them; and they shall know that I am Yahweh their God.(WEB)

12 Ezekiel 28:1-26
 1THE word of Yahvah came to me, saying,
2Son of man, say to the king of Tyre, Thus says Yahvah God, Because your heart is lifted up and you have said, I am a god, I sit in the seat of God, in the heart of the seas; yet you are a man, and not God, though you think of your heart as though it were the heart of God;
3Perhaps you are wiser than Daniel, or you have seen hidden things by your wisdom;
4With your understanding you have become powerful, and have gotten silver and gold into your treasures;
5By your great wisdom and by your trade you have increased your riches, and your heart is lifted up because of your riches;
6Therefore, thus says Yahvah God, Because you think of your heart as though it were the heart of God;
7Look, therefore I will bring strangers on you, the mightiest of the nations, and they will draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom, and they will defile your glory.
8They will bring you down to ruin, and you will die the death of those who are slain in the middle of the seas.
9Perhaps you will still say before those who slay you, I am God. Yet you are but a man, and not God, in the hands of those who slay you.
10You will die by the hand of uncircumcised strangers; for I have spoken it, says Yahvah God.
11Moreover, the word of Yahvah came to me, saying,
12Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre, and say to him, Thus says Yahvah God, You were the seal of wisdom and the crown of beauty.
14You were with the anointed cherub that shelters; and I have set you on the holy mountain of God; and you were safe in the middle of the stones of fire.
15You were perfect in your ways, from the day that you were created until iniquity was found in you.
16By the multitude of your merchandise you have filled your land with iniquity and you have sinned; therefore I will cast you from the mountain of God; and I will destroy you, oh sheltering cherub, from the middle of the stones of fire.
17Since your heart was lifted up because of your beauty, now your wisdom and your beauty are corrupted; I will cast you to the ground before kings, that you may be a spectacle before them.
18By the multitude of your frauds, by the iniquity of your traffic, you have defiled your sanctuary; therefore I will bring forth a fire from the middle of you, and it will devour you, and I will reduce you to ashes on the earth in the sight of all those who see you.
19All those who know you among the people will be astonished at you; you will be brought to destruction, and you will never exist again.
20The word of Yahvah came to me, saying,
21Son of man, set your face against Zidon, and prophesy against it,
22And say, Thus says Yahvah God, Look, I am against you, oh Zidon; and I will be glorified in the middle of you; and the people will know that I am Yahvah, when I will have executed judgments in her and will be sanctified in her.
23For I will send her pestilence and blood into her streets; and the wounded will fall in the middle of her by the sword that is on her on every side; and they will know that I am Yahvah.
24And there will not be a pricking brier to the house of Israel any longer, nor a thorn to cause them pain from all those who are around them, and that curse them; and they will know that I am Yahvah God.
25Thus says Yahvah God, When I have gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and will be sanctified by them in the sight of the nations, then they will live in the land which I have given to my servant Jacob.
26And they will live in it safely, and will build houses and plant vineyards; yes, they will live with confidence after I have executed judgments on all those who hurt them around them; and they will know that I am Yahvah their God.
